Our personal average is around 3 trades per week with a 1:2 risk-to-reward ratio. Sometimes we achieve my 2R target in the very first trade and stop trading for the week. During volatile and unpredictable market conditions, We've taken 6-10 trades per week to reach 2R. However, for the past year, we haven't experienced a single losing week, solely because we maintain the discipline to stop at 2R per week.
